Env-Or 600 Rulemaking Notice, Upcoming Public Hearing, and Comment Period
The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is proposing to revise various sections of Env-Or 600 Contaminated Site Management Rules (Env-Or 600). Proposed amendments to the rules include provisions specific to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) as required by Chapter 326, Laws of 2022, effective July 8, 2022, codified as RSA 485-H:13.
